• Lookout for Phishing Scams

Scammers are offering COVID-19 tests to Medicare beneficiaries in exchange for personal   details, including Medicare information. However, the services are unapproved and illegitimate. Fraudsters are targeting beneficiaries in a number of ways, including telemarketing calls, social media platforms, and door-to-door visits. Do not give your information to anyone over the phone. If you suspect COVID-19 fraud, contact National Center for Disaster Fraud Hotline (866) 720-5721 or

• Covid-19 Fraud Alerts

Please be aware, there is a reported phishing scam related to COVID-19. An account posing as a health plan reaches out to members and thanks them for enrolling in their Coronavirus Coverage. The email includes a link for the member to make a payment for the coverage. Members should not submit payment information.
