How To Choose the Right Plan for You
When you enroll in KelseyCare Advantage, you can choose from plans available in your area, each with benefits tailored to your specific needs. All plans provide Original (also called Traditional) Medicare Parts A and B coverage and other benefits, such as prescription drug coverage, dental, and vision. As a member of KelseyCare Advantage, you have access to an exclusive network of 940+ Kelsey-Seybold doctors and specialists at 65+ Kelsey-Seybold locations all across Greater Houston.
2025 KelseyCare Advantage Plans
Signature Plan: Comprehensive coverage built around our coordinated care model, including drug coverage. Available in Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston (excluding the island), Harris, and Montgomery counties.
Freedom Plan: Designed for those who desire out-of-network coverage, including drug coverage. Available in Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston (excluding the island), Grimes, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller, Walker, and Wharton counties.
Core Plan: Best for those who already have prescription drug benefits. Available in Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston (excluding the island), Grimes, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller, Walker, and Wharton counties.
