As a KelseyCare Advantage member, you have open access to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's premier multispecialty physician group. With convenient locations throughout Greater Houston, you can see any Kelsey-Seybold primary care provider or specialist without a referral.
We also understand that some members may already have an established relationship with a physician outside our network or may wish to receive care from an out-of-network provider. That's why the KelseyCare Advantage Freedom (HMO-POS) plan offers added flexibility, allowing members to see any Medicare-eligible provider, including out-of-network providers, without a referral. Out-of-network providers must be willing to accept the plan and bill KelseyCare Advantage.
