Enrollment
During the Shell open enrollment period, you will be given the option of joining the KelseyCare Advantage Greater Houston plan. Simply call the Shell Benefits Center at 1-800-30-SHELL and select the KelseyCare Advantage Greater Houston plan.

Our service area includes eight counties. Persons residing in the following counties are eligible to enroll:
